It would be a surplus. Increase in employment (both for the oil industry and preserve the ecology), to increase sales of existing homes, taxes would drop, and it is an economic boom, in contrast, we saw since the time DOT had. COM. I was born and raised in California, and I'm all for it. We continue to see oil rigs from the HB Pier and up / down on the coast. The turning point and back.
LOL. Oil production would be a godsend. But only if the legislation is not something like ............. Cuts. Ouch. Unpopular things: refining the deportation of illegal immigrants, strengthening government programs to stop the multi-lingual education, to the search for a new building in the redevelopment of what you have.
